Q: What is your return policy?
A: Jewelry is accepted for credit or exchange in the U.S. if returned in sellable condition within 30 days of sale, accompanied by a sales receipt. Some exclusions may apply.
A refund will be made to the purchaser upon request if payment has been received. Credit and Debit Cards: Returns will be refunded to the same card used for the transaction.
Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit. Custom orders, special orders, modified, or altered items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Q: What is your shipping policy?
A: No charge for shipping on sales over $49 for U.S. destinations -- standard USPS priority shipping -- after your order is processed expect delivery within 3-5 business days.
