Shipping & Returns
If an item is not up to your expectations, please email us at dforsythe@dforsythe.com, within 30 days of the original purchase date, and use the subject line "Return Request."
In order to return an item and receive a full refund for the product(s), items must be in new, unworn, and unused condition. Items showing any evidence of damage may be subject to a partial or no refund. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Items must be returned in their original packaging.
If one or more of the items you receive are damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 DAYS of receipt. After 7 days, dForsythe Jewelry is not responsible for lost or damaged jewelry.
dForsythe Jewelry will issue either store credit or a product replacement only for damaged or lost items. We do not issue refunds for damaged or lost items. We will not provide a replacement, credit, or refund for any item for any reason over 60 days after the date of purchase.
Please note that we cannot accept returns for custom orders, sale items, consignment pieces, or modified/altered items. All sale, consignment, and custom pieces are final sale and therefore ineligible for return/refund.
Returns will be refunded through the payment method originally used for the transaction.
We do not recommend sleeping, swimming, or showering/bathing in the items purchased from dForsythe Jewelry. All jewelry should be kept away from humidity when not worn. To clean, use a soft, dry, cotton or polishing cloth. Harsh detergents, perfumes, lotions, hairsprays, soaps, cleaners, etc. may damage the product(s).
